Data collected

When you write to contact@noctua-polaris.eu, the only data processed is the data you send: your email address, your name and the content of your message. The site has no contact form.

Use

This information is used only to reply to your request and, if we work together, to follow up on our exchanges. It is not sold, transferred or used for automated marketing. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in replying to requests received and, where applicable, on the pre-contractual steps you request.

Recipients

Only Guillaume Stempfel has access to your messages. They are processed on his behalf by Microsoft, which provides the email service, and may not be used for any other purpose.

Retention

Your data is kept for three years from our last exchange, then deleted. Server logs are kept by Infomaniak for a short period (at least seven days, according to the host), then deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@noctua-polaris.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
